1 TriStar will manage the eviction process for a one-time fee plus attorneys, court costs, etc.
2 TriStar will coordinate bi-annual maintenance checks with local HVAC company and utilize these visits to ensure property is being properly maintained.

4 TriStar will change air filter(s), check all batteries in smoke/carbon monoxide alarms as well as ensure gutters are clear and working properly each quarter and will utilize visits to ensure the property is being maintained. Additional fees apply to clean gutters.
